What You’ll Do
As a Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly and ensuring every customer – furry or not – leaves happy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management and store organization.
- Assisting customers in finding the best products for their pets.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting self-serve dog wash area.
- Helping to create a positive, pet-friendly environment for both customers and employees.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s ready to take charge and make a difference. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
- A love for pets and a genuine interest in their well-being.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
